The Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Scalable Homeland Innovative Enterprise Layered Defense (SHIELD) contract is a $151 billion Multiple Award IDIQ vehicle that allows MDA and other Department of War (DoW) organizations to efficiently acquire technology, consulting, and mission support services through a single enterprise contracting vehicle.
