How to Sole Source with ArcheSys

The Six Steps to Complete an SBA 8(a) Sole-Source Award
  • Determine Your Requirements
    Develop the statement of work, independent government estimate, and funding strategy.
  • Select ArcheSys
    Identify ArcheSys as the intended contractor and submit a procurement request through your agency's acquisition process.
  • Submit the SBA Offer Letter
    The contracting officer submits an SBA Offer Letter to the appropriate SBA district office.
  • SBA Review and Acceptance

  • Proposal Development and Negotiation
